I used a shirt as a template & cut 2 pieces of shiny fabric to cover the shirt. I then simply used my serger (a must for this kind of fabric) to sew them together, cut them in half & sewed together again to make squares. Super easy, about 30 minutes total.
The first one I made too small & the daycare lady ripped it. So I had to make another one which I made bigger since this fabric does not stretch.
